Danny Inman, MA

Danny Inman is the program coordinator for the Cancer Research, Training, and Education Coordination (CRTEC) office at Karmanos Cancer Institute. He has worked extensively to develop education programs that support students from historically underrepresented groups interested in careers in biomedical science and medicine. His efforts are particularly focused on increasing diversity and inclusion in Biomedical fields, as he actively engages with community organizations, schools, and higher education institutions.

In addition to his work in biomedical education, Danny is dedicated to anti-violence education. He continues to train advocates on weekends, drawing from his long-standing involvement with Sexual Aggression Peer Advocates (SAPA) at Central Michigan University, where he helps prepare individuals to support survivors of domestic and sexual violence. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a Master’s degree in Schools, Society, and Violence, which have shaped his approach to community outreach and advocacy.
